Management

Maria is the Manager of Ladybird Preschool  and has worked within the setting since October 1993. Maria holds a BA Honours degree in Early Childhood Studies with Early Years Professional Status. Maria holds others qualifications such as safer recruitment and food hygiene. Maria has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Designated Safeguarding Training. Maria's Key interests within the preschool, alongside her role being office based, dealing with finances and legislation changes she enjoys messy activities and challenging activities. 

Maria's normal working hours are Tuesday and Thursday 7.30 am - 6.00pm and Wednesday and Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm.

Jayne is the Deputy Manager at Ladybird Preschool, she has worked at the setting since January 1996 and holds BA Honours degree in Early Childhood Studies with Early Years Professional Status. Jayne holds other qualifications such as a Level 2 SENCO - Special Educational Needs and Safer Recruitment. Jayne  has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Designated Safeguarding Training. Jayne's Key interests within the preschool are children's development, reading the latest research, training, the welfare of the staff and supporting the children with additional needs. 

Jayne's normal working hours are Monday and Wednesday 7.30am- 6.00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm. 

Alice is part of the management team at Ladybird Preschool, she has worked at the setting since July 2013 and worked with Ladybird Preschool Limited on and off since she left school in 2005. Alice works at Ladybird Preschool Didcot at the Holiday clubs. 

Alice holds a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies and other qualifications such as Special Educational Needs, Safer recruitment and she is a Domestic Abuse Champion. Alice has attended up to date Paediatric First aid training and Designated Safeguarding Training. Alice's key interests are supporting families, staff well-being and personal development and Special Education Needs and school readiness. 

Alice's normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm 

Lie Ly is Preschool Assistant and Afterschool Club Supervisor at Ladybird Preschool, she has been working at the setting since September 2006 and holds an NVQ level 2 qualification in Children's Care, learning and Development and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Playwork. Lie Ly has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Designated Safeguarding Training. 

Lie Ly's normal working hours are Monday and Tuesday 11.45am - 6.15pm, Wednesday 3.00pm - 6.15pm, Thursday and Friday 8.45am - 6.15pm.  

Sam is Admin at Ladybird Preschool, she has been working at the setting since September 2006 and holds a BA Honors qualification in Early Childhood Education Studies.  Sam has attended up to date Pediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding Training. 

Sam's normal working hours are Monday and Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am - 6.15pm

Denise is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she has been working at the setting since September 2012 Denise holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce and a Level 2 in food Hygiene. Denise has attended up to date Pediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding Training. 

Denise's normal working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm. 

Terri is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she has been working at the setting since March 2015 and holds an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce. Terri has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding Training. 

Terri's normal working hours are Tuesday 8.45am - 6.15pm, Wednesday 8

45am - 4.30pm, Thursday and Friday 8.45am - 3.15pm. 

Sarah is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she has been working at the setting since September 2015 and holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Sarah has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding Training. 

Sarah's normal working hours are Monday and Friday 8.45am - 3.15pm.

Lillie is a Preschool Assistant and Room Leader of the 2 year olds in Caterpillar Room at Ladybird Preschool. She has worked at the setting since January 2017. Lillie holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years. Lillie holds other Qualifications such as Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Special Educational needs training. Lillie has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding training. 

Lillie is currently on maternity leave 

Emily is Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she has worked at the setting since February 2017. Emily works with the 2 year olds in Caterpillar Room. Emily holds an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Childcare and is working towards a Level 3.  Emily has attended up to date Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding Training. 

Emily is currently on Maternity leave   

Lorna is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybirds Preschool, she has worked at the setting since February 2019. Lorna works with the 2 year olds in Caterpillar Room. Lorna holds an NVQ Level 2 qualification in childcare. Lorna has attended up to date  Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding training.

Lorna's normal working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 3.15pm. 

  Laura is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she started working with us in September 2021. Laura holds a Level 2 qualification in childcare. 

Laura's normal working hours are Monday and Wednesday 8.45am - 3.15pm, Friday 8.45am - 11.45am. 

 Charlotte is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she started working with us in September 2021 and is working towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification in child care. Charlotte has attended up to date  Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding training.

Charlotte's normal working hours are Monday - Thursday 9.15am - 3.15pm

Alyse is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybirds Preschool, she starting working with us in June 2022 and holds a Level 3 qualification in child care. Alyse has attended up to date  Paediatric First Aid training and Generalist Safeguarding training.

Alyse's normal working hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9.15am - 3.15pm, Thursday 9.15am - 6.15p and Friday 9.15am - 5.00pm

Chloe is an Apprentice Preschool Assistant at Ladybirds Preschool, she started working with us in November 2022 and is working towards a Level 3 qualification in child care. 

Chloe's normal working hours are Monday - Friday 11.45am - 6.15pm. 

Ellie is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she started with us since July 2023 and is currently unqualified. 

Ellie's normal working hours are Monday 7.30am - 12.45pm, Tuesday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Wednesday 7.30am - 12.45pm, Thursday 7.30am - 6.15pm and Friday 8am - 6.15pm 

Mel is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybird Preschool, she has been working with us since June 2023 and holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification in child care. 

Mel's normal working hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 12.45pm

Ana is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybirds Preschool, she has been working with us since September 2023 and holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification in child care

Ana's normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 12.45pm 

Jessica is a Preschool Assistant at Ladybirds Preschool, she is starting with us this month, she holds a NVQ Level 3 qualification in child care. Please help us to make her feel welcome.
